We employ our own highly experienced Carpenters/Kitchen Fitters and use the best, highly sought after skilled Tilers, Plumbers, Electricians and Builders. The painting and decorating is the only thing we leave to you. |

The Contract |
|
The Contract (or “Order Form”) is a binding legal document. Once a design and price is agreed, the Customer and the Company signatory sign a Contract. This binds them under the Terms & Conditions of sale.
As part of the Contract, the Company upholds the Price Guarantee - from the date of deposit, all prices are held and subject to no increase. This does not include any additional requests made following commencement of work. Additional works and/or materials (“Extras”) will be charged for.
It should be noted the Firm reserves the right to alter specifications without notice in keeping with the policy of continuous improvements of our manufacturers/suppliers. |

Do I need to find my own Tiler, Electrician or Plumber? |
|
No - we offer a COMPLETE service. From the moment you sign the contract we schedule all our professional tradesmen. The price quoted covers all trades and includes design, removing existing furniture, making any plumbing or electrical alterations, refurbishment, flooring, walls, lighting, ceiling and floors. |

I have already bought a kitchen - would you fit it for me? |

Due to the time involved and the variation in quality, we only fit those bought from ourselves. However we can recommend professional, affordable fitters. Of course we do “supply only” if you are a DIY fanatic! |
