Ian Lawson aims to provide a FULL service - from conception to completion.  We discuss, measure, design, schedule and install.  Should you wish to proceed with us, we employ our own highly skilled and experienced carpenters and kitchen fitters.  We use the best, highly sought skilled Tilers, Electricians, Plumbers and Builders.  The decoration we leave to you!  So… what’s the process?

The Service

The first step is to establish what you want.  A friendly conversation and a few measurements will give us enough to start work on.  There are no charges for the ideas, the time, the travel or the design.  There is no obligation -  and absolutely NO high-pressure sales tactics are used.

 

No matter what the size or shape of your space, we can find solutions for you and can work within almost any budget.

CONSULTATION

Once measurements are taken and some ideas have been proposed, we move on to the design stage.

 

Using advanced design software, we create photorealistic visuals which show you exactly what you are getting.

 

Once invited into the showroom, any changes you wish to make can be made as you watch.

DESIGN

Once the contract is signed, your bespoke kitchen is ordered and delivered into our warehouse within 4-7 weeks, depending on your specific design.  An installation date is then agreed at your convenience.

 

We employ time-served Joiners with over 25 years’ experience in kitchen fitting (which is a skill in itself).

 

If you have taken advantage of our supply-only service, we will deliver your goods to site for you.

 

The pride we take in our work continues into our aftercare.

INSTALLATION

We guarantee all our materials and workmanship for 5 years.  The Siemens appliances are guaranteed for 2 years under manufacturer’s warranty.

 

Our aftercare is not limited to this period.  We deal with remedial issues promptly and are here to help with any problems that might arise over the coming months and any changes you might wish to make over the coming years.
